How do you deal with a buyer who buys an item from you and then opens an A toZ claims without communicating with you saying that he has received a wrong item whereas he received exactly what he has ordered. . He also leaves a negative review for you and does not wait for a refund on the same day you receive the item back . Am I allowed to deduct p&p according to amazon policy???

No, you are not allowed to deduct P&P from the refund as it is not a customer change of mind.
They have stated that they received the wrong item, which means you have to pay for it.
Just how long was it after the item was returned, before the A-Z was opened?

So u mean refund the amount bfre he opens a to z?? This s quite confusing. How to prevent a to z in such circumstances ?? Or the buyer is allowed to say what so ever they want, either truth or lie and take the refund???
