Charge method update

I changed my charge method 6 hrs ago , while changing Amazon successfully verified your charge method message came also some little money was debited from my new charge method account , now my account is in de active and I am still receiving orders ,however not able to view or manage my orders

Thanks for your posts.

I would advise that you re-enter your card details as it appears that the card verification was not successful. Generally, card details are verified within 15 minutes; sometimes if your account has been dormant and you are receiving a notification relating to your card information when attempting to list products it can take 24-48 hours to fully reactivate your listing access, but this is not the situation in your case.

When updating your card, you also need to ensure that there are sufficient funds available. While Amazon do not charge your card, the system will verify the card by placing a hold on £1/€1.
