Shopify integration has had a lot of issues. I used to use a third party for connection. Shopify would be the ones to contact regarding this as Amazon only supplies them with the API.

Hello @Seller_7JFUKBzKg6qn7, there is some information on the Multi-Channel Fulfillment that may be of help. I recommend also opening a case with Seller Support with a screenshot of the error so that they may provide guidance.
