urgent help needed, i did my video identification verification and email was sent to me to send some document which i did, and there next reply was,
We've completed our investigation and carefully reviewed the information that you submitted. Based on this review, we've determined that you're using your account to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or to violate Amazon's policies which include sales of inauthentic items in your account, or violating the Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy. The sale of these products is prohibited, which results in the withholding of the funds in your account.
What happens now?
The funds in your account won't be disbursed to you

what was your product? is it someone reported as counterfeit product, we faced similar feedback from another seller we submitted all the documents to clear .

Many seller are facing this situation.. we need to take it legally.
Amazon has only right to allow the seller to sell on Amazon or not.
they don't have a right to hold our money. its belong to us... #Funds #Account_deactivate

Same thing happened to me. I reached out to so many called experts but failed, many of them are scammers.
I have also 400+ units stuck in the FC, and couldn't find way to take them back.
I hope we could get some help from the Government authorities.
