There used to be a setting that was like a drag and drop where you could drag couriers on to the left hand side of the screen and then order them in preference. I can't remember where this used to be - has it been retired?

I am having problems with Amazon sometimes making me ship with a carrier that I don't use even though in template settings that courier isn't on my list.
