Someone Disabled My Account On Purpose
Hello Seller Forum members, today I received almost 160.000 GBP pending orders from a one business customer and all the orders were fake. The payment is never accepted (obviously) and after that, my account is deactivated.
I believe Amazon should address this person and shut down his account, we are all people who trying to make money but its very wrong to eliminate other businesses.
I hope my account re-opens fast.

Much more information needed - although Amazon can sometimes deactivate an account if they suspect a large number of orders are fake, it's very very unusual for that to happen the same day the orders are made.

If you regain access and start selling again you may want to set the maximum item to be bought. Have you already given them a call?
