Inactive Account?
Hi Amazon support,
I am attempting to reactivate my account but I am stuck in a loop and I cannot even contact support since it keeps sending me to the same "inactive account" page. Many folks on this forum are having the exact same issue and no one seems to be getting the help they need.
I have updated credit card info (even though the card that was on my account was active) and my credit card was even charged by Amazon. Still nothing. I'm still in the loop of not being able to submit documents to verify my identity. There's no email address or place to submit a support ticket because any links in my account just loop back to the "inactive account" page.
Can someone please get to the bottom of this issue so myself and the other folks in this forum can reactivate their accounts?

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
I've reviewed your account and you are fully active, along with a valid card on file. Credit card verifications can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on your bank. So the error you kept seeing was due to pending card verification.
In the future, if you ever get this error again, allow our system at least one business day to verify your information. If it goes beyond that, you are welcome to post another thread here and we will be happy to take a look.
