ASIN is not searchable as browse node are missing
I have noticed that one of my listing on a particular ASIN is not searchable with any key notes. The ASIN and my listing on it is showing active but its not showing up on my store/catalogue page and on Amazon when I search for it.
I reported the issue on Case ID: 15412125521 I was informed that somehow its browse node went missing and once updated it should work in 72 hours. I updated the browse node but it did not work. When I contacted them again on a new Case ID: 15456730881 I was informed that its the Brand Owner who is authorized to make the changes.
I am a reseller for stationer/pens and I have no idea how I can contact the brand owner or the person in-charge.
I was wondering if there is any way the browse node could be rolled back to its previous version as its been active on Amazon since January 30, 2018 with 4.5 Stars and 141 ratings and reviews.
It will be very helpful if anyone can help me out with this as I am unable to get much help from the ticket.
Active Case ID: 15456730881
Previous Case ID for the same issue: 15412125521
Thanks,

Hello there @Seller_lmFtUvpmHE3im
My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if there were any further details I may be able to find out here.
Thank you for providing me with the case #'s. I see that they have responded recently in case #15456730881 where you have since responded.
I will continue to monitor this on my end and am also going to do a few other checks to see if we have any other paths here. Unfortunately, since you are not the brand owner here, there are limits on what is able to be updated.
Please allow me some time to take a further look at this. I'll return here as soon as I have anything further to share.

There are too many different things going on here to really get the correct answer.
1. Is your listing really live? Find it on your seller central inventory and click on the product title. Can you find your listing on the product page? You may have to click, SEE OTHER SELLERS to find it.
2. Do you mean Keywords? Key words are not what they used to be 20 years ago. With 600 million products sold on Amazon, and only so many words to use, what words do you think you can use that are not already being used my 10,000 other sellers?
3. Did you create the listing, or you listing on previous created listing?
4. Only the registered brand owner of a product can make changes to their product page. Not sure why you cannot determine who the brand owner is. In the stationary business, everything has a brand name on it. Simply look them up online and contact them. But wait... that does not make sense. Aren't you buying your inventory wholesale from the manufacturer already?
The reality is this, no response or solution will come from seller support because with 600 million listings already in place, they have no concern about one seller's individual problem.
