Hi Amazon, my account has been deactivated because of the Inform Consumers Act, and I have completed all outstanding verification. I have case numbers 15823353551 and 15805381231; please help reactivate our account.

Not all the verification steps are done through uploading documents. We had to have a live, face to face meeting through computer or phone and we presented the id documents through the live meeting.

I hope the same requirements apply to all sellers, regardless of the residency country.

My account is suspended at this moment , it says I need to reactive my account because of INFORM Consumers Act.

Case Number 16604710521

However, when I click reactive my account ,it goes to accouot health page, it's all online status and No next step to operate nor Entry for me to upload my ID. so I am unable to submit verification of the INFORM Consumers Act.

There is no view appeal button neither to submit additional information as requested
