Fair pricing violation not dropping off once fixed
Usually when they send out a "deactivated for potential pricing error" email it will go into pricing health and then if I don't change the price for at least 24 hours it will appear under fair pricing violations and then almost immediately drop off once I fix the price. This time, as soon as the "deactivated for potential pricing error" is sent out, it immediately creates a pricing violation and has not dropped off after fixing the price even a week later. Seller Support was zero help at all. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hi @Seller_9tyECqnuxPUwF
Thank you for your post. I understand you are dealing with a fair pricing violation.
Have you received any kind of notification the actions you took resolved the issue? If the price adjustment that was input did not fall within the recommended price range, the violation may remain on the Account Health page.
Did you create a case with Seller Support regarding this matter? If so, can you share that case ID number? You may be able to dispute this violation via Seller Support case. If you have started this process, please share those details regarding the information you shared to show your price is an accurate reflection of market pricing.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy
