Zero Help from Customer Service or Forum support!
Its been since they announced the Prime Day that we have needed Help! Seller Support is Non Existent and Forum support is zero assistance! Please help! 17 Prime Day Listings Suppressed. No reference price error, keeps coming up on products that have been selling on Amazon from our store for years! We contacted support and they said we need to update product info and be sure the "Improve Losting" info was completed. We dis that for all products and still nothing works and the Seller support Chat is Worthless and never connects! Every year we deal with this "error" that is never corrected with ZERO helped from Amazon!
How is a product listed and for sale on Amazon if there is no "reference" price? Why can't seller support help clear these errors?
