my pickup slots delay 3 days due

all pickup slots are provided after 3 days, when verified shows suddenly 2 holidas are ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT due to this pickup slots got after 3 days. But all these days we are operational and i cant cancel it, and moreover my neighbors dont have these holidays on their pannel. it means ONLY for few sellers amazon adding these holidays. can someone help to resolve it.

You need to work on shipping settings, or maybe your location is the reason for getting late slots. But you can solve this issue.

yes, its happened to us also. called seller support, but not resolved. any option to change or what we need to ask for support team.
