I'm getting nowhere with Seller Support (Live Chat & Phone), made a ticket asking for escalation, E-Mailed CEO's office and got a pretty rude reply, I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I have lost the buy box for ALL of my key products and best sellers, I am the brand owner, I am the only offer.
I am stunned at how little support there is from Amazon, I knew it was bad but I had no idea it was THIS BAD. Absolutely no transparency what-so-ever, nothing on performance notifications, account health is perfect, no violations, I am enrolled on the new Account Health Assurance scheme (which gave me peace of mind for all of 3 days).
With the CEO's office giving me the cold shoulder, seller support sending me links to 'Seller University', spending in excess of 10 hours trying almost everything on my account blindly, I'm at a complete loss sitting here with next to no sales. So my last resort is this... a mega thread... I'm hoping with enough people complaining about the issue, Amazon MAY acknowledge this problem as a bug/glitch before I have to file for bankruptcy (no exaggeration) and when they do, I also expect no apology or compensation.

In relation to your featured offer issue I can confirm this has been reviewed by our technical team who confirmed the fix as the override has been granted,
All your listings should be now eligible for the featured offer / buy box privileges,
I would recommend anyone who sees this please email CEO's office managingdirector @ amazon (.co.uk) for a quicker resolution until there's a permanent fix in place!

I am having the same problem as many others. I spoke to seller support and they told me that I am ineligible for the Buy Box in certain categories (which happen to be my key selling categories). They have escalated internally but nothing seems to be happening. Some example ASINS are:

Please I'm searching for answers as all attempts to get any from Amazon account health and specialist staff have all failed repeatedly.
This has been happening for the past 6 weeks. it comes and goes. I have over 100 different items listed on Amazon, for some some days I will be eligible for feature offers then just like the wind every single item in my store will no longer be eligible for feature offers. Most of the items I'm the only seller. I do not understand, the products are active but no "add to basket" instead you will see buying options. This have driven down sales to zero. I need suggestions on what to do.
Has anyone experience this before ? Howe long did it last ? what can I do to correct this situation. I'm 100% complaint with all the Amazon policy on how to win feature offer box. The one that get me really worried and confused are those that which I'm the only seller.

Spencer please could you help with Marvellous Maps ASINS - we're Brand Owner, newly set up as FBA (since March) and enrolled on Brand Registry.
ASIN 1913447057 is a classic example of where we are the only seller, competitively priced vs the marvellousmaps website but still have no featured offer. What am I missing here?
Also, where we have Used Sellers of our maps, they seem to automatically win the featured offer as 'Used' versions are cheaper than 'New' versions. Is there a solution for this for customers who want to be offered New versions by default, rather than root around in 'Other Sellers'?

Just come across this thread and stunned to see how many people are also experiencing this issue and how long it's been going on for...absolute madness.
In the last week our sales have absolutely nosedived for no good reason, on one of our best selling listings the buybox is going to another seller 100% of the time, who is at the same price as us with a month long delivery time(their stock is yet to check in) ahead of us with next day Prime FBA delivery. I reduced our price down and down and still nothing - nearly every listing we have says "Featured Offer Eligible: No".
We have a VAT bill due in just over a week, we're making next to no sales and therefore will have barely any disbursements coming from Amazon when we need the funds to pay our VAT bill. This is deeply concerning and risks our business very seriously.

I desperately need your help/advice. Our shop has a product asin which the BuyBox has failed again.
I am a new seller. First of all, I make sure that my account is eligible for BuyBox.
1. all of our products are shipped using FBA. 2. our products are reasonably priced and are available for purchase.
2. our products are reasonably priced and priced below similar competitive products.
3. all of our products are brand new with stock status available.
4. our listings are of satisfactory quality.
5. our links are branded links and qualify for shelf price exemption.
Without any warning or notice, starting on 25 May, I had a big problem with this link: the listing lost BuyBox/Featured Offers.
Despite opening multiple cases, I have not received any feedback or solution. I have thoroughly checked my shop multiple times to make sure all guidelines are met. Additionally, I would like to mention that all my products are fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), which meets the necessary requirements to qualify for Buybox.
