Amazon changed my product title and now not respoding to case and i cant change it back

Amazon rewrote my title to some type of AI title that is gibberish. I am the only brand owner and only seller of this listing. I cant change the title back to what I want. After multiple tickets, I was told that my title would be changed in 72 hours. Despite this the titles are still wrong. Why is Amazon editing my titles without my permission? How can I fix it and get control of my listings?Case id: 15467959831
