Is Amazon out there? We need your help. Amazon is not accepting our appeals. (deactivation of account issue)

We authorized a third party to sell our products using our brand logo 2 years ago.

At that time, we had no idea running Seller Central Amazon and we followed what the third party guided us.

1) We opened our own Seller Central account.

2) We completed the brand registry.

3) We invited the third party as a brand administrator.

We wanted to check the sales and promotion status, and they guided us to access their account with their ID and PW. That was the biggest mess we made.

During 2 years, they did something VERY WRONG against Amazon's policies, and other brands they were managing started being deactivated. No exception for us. Our account has been deactivated as well.

The third party said that they DID NOT know that accessing another company's account may result in the deactivation of the account.

We tried to appeal the claim to Amazon but nothing went through. Amazon keeps saying that there is insufficient information from us and that we should show the proof that we used to owe the third party's account.

We provided all the documents we got and we even notarized all the contracts, LOA, and our business information.

It is our fault that we were not aware of Amazon's policies, but we are now really ready to promote our products on Amazon.

Amazon is not listening to our voice. I see there's no hope.

Can somebody help us?

Typically with these situations we will provide two paths, one would be to show proof of how and why you are associated such as a contract followed by termination agreement or separation information to confirm you are no longer associated with them, however as you mentioned having access to their store and vice versa, we will require that the associated store first be reinstated for your account to be eligible for reactivation.

As noted above appeals are not accepted in these situations only valid disputes can be accepted. If we cannot validate a proper separation, or if the associated store is still deactivated this store will remain deactivated until the original issue has been resolved. If you would like support on resolving the associated accounts issues, you are welcome to work with your third party and provide their deactivation notice so I can provide guidance on their situation to help the process along.
