unable to downgrade or close my account

i just opened a seller account, have not uploaded any products yetm in canada as an individual. The account shows as a business account and I was charged on my visa card. I asked to just close the account and opened a case 17374941201 , but got an email saying case is closed and the account is deactivated and cannot be closed. I tried to downgrade the account from B2B into Individual but it keeps sending in me in a loop and never works.

1- how can I get my refund as I did not sign up as a business?

2- is it possible to only sell in canada and as an individual?

3- how can I close my account altogether? I do not want to keep getting charged every month

update: now I see the USA and Canada are showing individual plans but mexico (whihc i never asked for ) is showing professional account. does this mean i will keep getting charged for a professional account? i never asked to sell in USA or Mexico. I just wanted to sell in Canada. can someone help? customer service is horrible with amazon. why am i getting charged for a business account when I did not aske for it? I regret wanting to use amazon to sell. and it won't allow me to close the account either. I want my refund for the business account charge and I wabt my account closed. any one can help here?

You can sell as an Individual for Canada and the USA -- Canada only is not an option.

Do not try closing your account until after you get the fees stopped -- open a case saying you signed up for professional by accident (amazon's signup process makes that easy to do) and would like to be switched to Individual and have the Professional fee refunded.

Is this where you tried to switch to Individual:
