Someone has changed the brand name on a shared listing. The brand is a well known British brand, so no sellers that were listed own this brand.

But another seller has managed to re-brand and so has kicked everyone, including me, off the listing.

I've created a case with SS, but don't have much faith it will be resolved.

Can anyone shred light as to how this can be resolved?
