Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction to download a full back up of all my listing data? I've managed to download a 'all listings report' but that doesn't include the bullet point and handling time information?

I've tried to do the 'listing loader' but i've just ended up with a blank template??

I'm not overly familiar with CSV files but I'm wanting to be able to bulk adjust information in the future - i.e. handling times and quantities etc over the festive period - I've managed to do that with one product using the a Flat File Price Inventory template, but I really want to create a full back up of all my listings just in case I do something wrong!
