Sellable items sent for disposal even though my automated settings are all set to return. Please help!

Hi All

I noticed a pending removal order with about 20 items on this morning. All the items are shown as in sellable condition. They have been marked for disposal even though all my automated settings are set for removal.

I have never experienced this before. In the past my unfulfillable items have always just been automatically returned to me as per my settings. I check all settings and everything is set to be returned.

I can’t cancel the disposal order and having contacted seller support they were of very little help saying the disposal can’t be cancelled.

Am I missing something here? I’m not sure why sellable stock is being disposed of.

Any help would very much appreciated.

I don't think you're going to be able to stop it, so you might simply have to bill Amazon for the stock.

If you plan on succeeding at that, you need to keep trying to stop it being disposed of. Keep opening or replying to cases, escalate to the managing director office managingdirector@amazon.co.uk

Check your automated FULFILLABLE settings. These items have probably been at the FC for over 11 months hence they will be disposed of if you haven't got your settings right. (see mine for reference)
