Sellers Feedback on Buyers - Ebay is doing this , Can Amazon also do this?

Hello All,

This is probably a suggestion to Amazon , however I thought I should throw it out there for us to discuss to see if Amazon would react and do something about it.

Ebay allows sellers to give feedbacks to all their buyers, which seems to be very good practice because it helps seller's to check the buyer's feedback before packaging their purchase.

I think it's a brillaint idea, because if you find out that a particular buyer contantly gives negative feedback or known to be asking for refunds, it might help you to decide whether you want to accept or their order.

I think this can also stop all this evil competitors from malicious giving you negative feedback to take you out from the buybox.

At the end of the day we are all here to make ends meet and it isnt fair for others to play games.

I had someone asked for a refund when royal mail definately delivered the item. I didnot want to go through the stress of argueing back and forth and so I had to give a refund. I believe in Karma so I just left it as it is because I know my reward will be bigger than the refund.

What do you all think? Should Amazon also bring the idea of sellers giving feedbacks to buyers?

Open to discuss.

They won't ever do it. Because they are customer centric. A customer would be less liable to buy on the platform if they are reviewed.

Also, ebay has that by virtue of its history as a peer to peer auction site. And you can't leave actual negative feedback anyway for the customer.
