Sorry if this has already been solved, I read a few posts and I couldn't find a solution. I have been frustrated about the "When multiple sellers sell the same product through a single detail page, we combine and present the best product data to ensure customers get the best experience." message.
I tried to edit my listing title and bullet points because they're outdated, but I can't. I have contacted support multiple times, even brand registry support. I am the owner of the brand, and support tells me another brand ambassador should change this, only to send ME the email to do so. It's an endless loop. After contacting support several times I was adviced to delete the listing for 24 hours, which I have done twice without any success. I heard the winning contribution comes from Europe, but we don't sell there yet, and I was also advised to delete our presence there via brand registry, which I have done too. There are no other authorized sellers, yet here we are. What is this?
Please advise, because this is very annoying.
