Bulk upload issues

I am attempting to list a bulk of products (Around 4200) and when I do the file upload it says that all but one have an issue.
When I go into the "Drafts"section to try and look at what is causing the problem, two things seem to happen.

  1. During the upload it has changed the EAN number to a completely random number and therefore thinks the product is a shoe '(With a USB port apparently) and throws up all sorts of errors as a result
  2. If it doesn’t change the EAN it finds another product that someone else has uploaded incorrectly with my EAN number and Amazon is trying to tell me that my product is wrong. It is NOT.
I have tried removing the EAN, tried changing it to a UPC, yet everything I do, it seems to think it is a shoe
What am I doing wrong, I downloaded the template from Amazon in the first place, I have populated the spreadsheet with as much info as I can
The EAN numbers were supplied by my suppliers - I am definitely not selling shoes with USB ports
I cannot find the EAN number that is being populated by mistake anywhere on my spreadsheet, so I have no clue where it is coming from

Yet bizarrely, 1 product in 4200 is listed OK…???

Hi,
Amazon have recently updated their ASIN Creation policy and they now limit the number of listings (offers / ASINs) that can be created. New sellers will need to establish a sales history with for this to increase. There are also restrictions on branded goods, which will throw out an error code and limited access if your account has not been fully verified.
