fba inventory problem

I have a problem, but unfortunately we cannot reach an agreement via live chat or by opening the case.
My problem is, I sent a parcel.
Amazon did not read the barcodes on the 10 products in this parcel. I accept this problem and will do my best to prevent it from recurring.
In the statement regarding this issue, it was written that the problem would be resolved by Amazon and my products would be added to the inventory.

- Impacted ASINs:
- Case(s) opened with Seller Support:
- Your ask is: a) to get the items added to your inventory or b) to get a refund for these items?
