Reopen Closed US/Canada/Mexico Store

Before my store was fully setup I closed my US/Canada/Mexico store without even stocking it with any inventory, because I did not want to sell on Amazon. I still have stores in other countries, but not with any inventory yet either. What are the steps to take to reopen my US store? This is where I live and where I primarily want to sell.
