what is GL and how can i chanage product category.

what does this GL mean, since my listing is inactive and how may i able to change product category. this is frustrating because amazon uses their code language or short form which we as a new seller doesn’t know about it. please help me and where to submit or update. CASE 17123185661

Upon reviewing your concern,we would like to inform you that the ASIN: B0DW7Y1YFX, has inconsistency product category and in order to fix the issue the GL should be corrected, the product type in child ASIN is MUSICAL_INSTRUMENT_TOY, and the product type on parent is WRITING_BOARD. please submit a partial update via feed to update this information.
