Video Call verification link not working- Account Deactivated

I created this account a year ago. There was no video call verification during the whole process. The Seller Central Dashboard opened just after submitting the all the information needed to create a seller account. There was a notification “your account has been de-activated”. I opened a case with them and they provided me a video call verification link in the performance notifications.I opened the link for video call verification but nothing happened. There was no call at all. Now my account info also shows “Your account are under 15000 pounds disbursement” and the Account status shows “Information Provided”. What should I do to reactivate my account?
