A to z claim anyone having issues
Normally when i get an a to z claim it asks for response, and i also get an email saying there is an a to z claim requiring attention, today i got 2 a to z claims, no mail about them, just an email saying both granted. so i have had to appeal them, even though the tracking shows delivered. Strange is amazon, why keep changing the rules? anyone else had this recently

Yes, I also noticed that Amazon is now handling A-Z claims differently.
Since the beginning of last month, almost all claims are getting granted and Seller Funded without even asking for a representation.
Then I have to appeal (and this is basically the new way how to respond). After appealing, the “Seller Funded” status disappears and then the claim is handled just like a regular claim, with the outcome changed into “Amazon Funded”.
It looks like Amazon wants to make it more difficult for sellers to be able to win, with buyers getting instant refunds.

Kika is the appeal still done through the claim as usual?

Good thing this is not JBs own money, and most sellers probably won’t even notice Amazon stealing from them (assuming most A-Z are fraudulent anyway).

Absolutely ridiculous service on Amazon now a days !
I have filed an other SCC for £125 !!
Recently received a A-Z claim “Cx wants to change the payment method, plz charge his different card”
Whoever filed this A-z claim on customer’s behalf should be an employee of the year !
Another A-Z today “cx has received the item but item is not same as she has received”

Hi All
we also just had this a few days back buyer sayer were is my order i email back tracking shows it next door as your were not in you live 2 and the next door is 4 so i thought that was the end of it
week later i get email We have granted an A-to-z Guarantee claim of on order . We have debited the amount from your account and have counted the claim against your Order Defect Rate.
no chance to reply so we wrote to Option to Appeal and today we get a email from payments-guarantee@amazon.co.uk hy was my appeal denied?
We have reviewed all available information and determined you have not provided sufficient evidence such as buyer’s signature to prove delivery
so i ask you all how what can i do and how do a get the buyer to go next door to get his parcel
can i open a small claims in court for this
Any advice would be great

Sounds like another nail in the FBS coffin.

Can I ask if anyone else is having A-Z claims against them if tracking shows an item has been delivered. We have had a spate of them so I came on here to see if anything has changed and I see it has.

Seller poll showing in seller central this morning:
"If you could dictate Amazon’s selling policies, what would you change and why? "
Me:
“I would change automatic refunds for buyer AZ claims. It is outrageous that amazon take funds without asking seller to present their side. Legal action should and will be taken against amazon for this”
Anyone else submitted a similar response? Not that it will any difference lol
