Account deactivated

Hi
Please can some one help me, today morning about 6.28am got email in German language from Amazon.de that my account has been deactivated (below is the translated text from that email)

Why is that happend?
We recently contacted you because you tried to redirect buyers to another website or sales process. Since you continue to encourage users to leave our website, you are currently not allowed to sell on Amazon.de.

I am really confused, I have never sold/listed any items on amazon.de, all the listings are on amazon.co.uk plus never mentioned anything in the listings or redirected customers to any other sales channel.

Now they are insisting for action plan and i dont know what have i done wrong in order to prepare action plan for…
