Please can somebody help further with this issue if possible.

We need to know what issues have caused your account health rating to drop - there are several metrics which will cause the AHR to drop - order defect rate, VTR, policy violations, late dispatch, pre-fulfimnet cancellation rate etc. etc.
Maybe screenshot your Account Health page.
