BHX4 What's going on and how do I send inventory somewhere different?
Last week we had a shipment of 92 units (1 box) to BHX4 refused.
The Amazon employee on the bay threatened to ban the driver from delivering there in future, he also had a van full of other customers FBA shipments, he hadn’t just rocked up with our one box.
The case relating to the above issue is still ongoing.
This morning I created a new shipment with some other products, lo and behold, the FC was BHX4, obviously i’m not comfortable shipping to there for the time being so I would like to send my shipments to another FC.
Does anybody have any idea how I can choose which FC to send my inventory?
The Amazon ‘helpline’ suggestion was to keep creating and deleting the shipment until an FC other than BHX4 is offered…because I clearly don’t have anything better to do!
What would happen if I simply ship to Rugeley for example regardless of what the FBA web interface instructs?

Same issue although my shipment wasn’t refused last Wednesday. Still waiting.
I tried twice to get another F.C. this morning, still getting BHX4. I’m going to have another go but if BHX4 again, I’ll send.
You can’t choose F.C. other than creating new shipments until it changes. I use scan & ship so easy to tell which FC after first scan.

I have 1 for BHX4 delivered last week but not unloaded and 3 at LTN1 the same.
I think the network is stretched everywhere at the mo!

UPDATE: So apparently BHX4 has been literally built from the ground up to only accept lorries, it has no facilities to accept van deliveries.
How exactly are people getting their single box deliveries through? I imagine some couriers are palletising all the shipments they have for that particular FC?
Try as I might, I simply cannot get a different FC so I need to send pallets it would seem, hurrah, a headache I was doing my best to avoid.
Has anyone managed to send a single box or small shipment to BHX4? Who did you use to ship your inventory?

My outstanding BHX4 delivery from last Tuesday was unpacked overnight but all the stock has gone to reserve as they FC Transfer it!
I have sent 3 separate deliveries via UPS to Marston Gate LTN1 all showing delivered but not unpacked.
One was delivered on the 3rd to Marston Gate LTN1.
One was delivered on the 6th to Daventry BHX3
The 3rd one delivered today to Bedford??? I assume its Marston Gate as well.
Looks like they could be asking UPS to deliver to a different centre than the original one booked in some cases.
Don’t think the issue is just BHX4. With it being summer and probably a spike in staff summer hols and maybe sickness due to the hot weather they are all under the cosh at the mo.

sad to say, as a new seller I’m releived that it isn’t just me. Thought someone lost my box
First time delivering to BHX4 and although my approved courier shows delivered last week, nothing updated in shipment tracking from the 14th, and can’t reconcile until it shows checked in.
Just about to do another box, so really hoping it gets sent somewhere else.

Just got this from Parcel force, my shipments have been waiting at the parcel force depot for over 3 weeks for BHX4EVER
"Please accept my apologies that your item hasn’t been delivered when expected.
We have been made aware that Amazon in Coventry have not been accepting deliveries for several weeks due to a health and safety issue. This has now been resolved and the depot are doing all they can to clear the backlog of parcels due for delivery to Amazon."
Cheers Amazon, You are categorically refusing deliveries but keep telling all your sellers to send their valuable stock here to sit collecting dust till it automatically gets returned to sender, not like any of us are running a business here is it.
Incompetent doesn’t even start to describe this Amazon in this situation, just not a care in the world for the sellers as usual.
