Click & Drop Major Error! All Dispatched Orders Now "New"
Click & Drop failed about 15 minutes ago before coming back. It’s come back up but all the labels we’ve generated since manifesting on Friday have now moved from the dispatched / label generated section to the “new” order section! They’re showing batch numbers against them, however, they want postage applied again… quite clearly some serious error… So just a heads up to anyone who has done any orders since manifesting Friday as the only solution seems to be (unless they fix it over night which is unlikely on a Sunday evening) to regenerate and re-label all the post again!

yep same happened to us. only domestic services affected though. 2nd class, 48, tracked 48, special delivery, all reset but strangely batches are retained and weights retained, unlike when you reset orders manually.

All our product catalogue has been deleted, all weights everything

All our orders are packed and labelled, we will not be relabelling them.
Our entire product history, weights etc is no not present on click and drop so every order coming in now is going on as “new”.

I have had exact same problem. I am trying to get through to RM to find the best way to deal with it before re-doing my labels and tracking numbers… what a nightmare!

Same here, also click and drop is running so slow with server errors so I’m finding it impossible to re-add postage to all the orders!

It’s happened to absolutely everyone going by the ebay facebook groups too i’m in. I’m personally going to wait and see if they “fix” whatever they have done. Haven’t printed any orders yet but 260 are sat there with no weights or service level selected. Hoping they fix it!!!

when I signed in at 7 15am to C&D all my orders since Saturday afternoon, some of which I’d marked despatched yesterday had all been reset to NEW
i went for my daily swim and now when I’ve logged back in C&D is “upgrading”
