Failed to open a selling account

Hello
I’ve tried to register a new selling account. With

  • new computer
  • new wifi
  • new company and director
  1. So I’m 100% sure it’s not related to another selling account.
  2. On the same day I was asked to "Click the “Appeal” button next to this e-mail on the Notifications page in the Performance section of Seller Central " which I did.
  3. Three days later I was told the following

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
Why is this happening?
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. This decision was made after reviewing both your account and the information provided.
What happens if my account is not reactivated?
You have 90 days after receiving this notification to either provide a valid appeal or choose not to appeal. After that time, you may contact disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk to request your funds. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account. The policies we put in place are to protect our customers and selling partners. If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our Policies, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.
We may not respond to further emails about this issue.
Sincerely,
Seller Performance Team

To be frank i don’t think anyone will be able to unravel the mess you seem to be in. The way you’ve stressed using a new computer, new company etc suggests you had an account before which was also probably closed by Amazon.

As well as them seemingly not liking your verification info, you also have a post about altered invoices. Then your user name seems to relate to a company which was dissolved back in 2018.

To answer one of your questions though, Section 3 gives Amazon the broad power to suspend accounts without giving notice for a wide variety of reasons.
