Finding orders from a buyer

I have just had a bit of a nightmare transaction with a buyer on the bay and I can’t help but think the buyers name is familiar.

I have searched for the buyers name on the bay and can not find any other orders so am wondering whether I have encountered him on Amazon.

Is there an easy way to find all orders on Amazon from a particular buyer bearing in mind I only know his name and address. When I go into my orders tab I can’t search by buyers name, only things that are item specific like ASIN, Order number, Title…etc…

If you don’t have third party software it’s near impossible.

You could download an order report, import into excel and search that.

Sure, it’s pretty easy (for up to 90 days at least).

Under Orders, Order Reports you can request a report of the past 90 days sales with names and addresses shown.

|I think you can generate monthly archived reports also, but if you need to go back more than 90 days it will be a pain, unless you already have scheduled reports available from past sales.

You can also download a Payment Date Range report which gives the buyer information - these are available immediately for any full completed month or part thereof, and within 24 hours for part completed months.

NB for both reports you have to be a pro-seller to access them (I think!)

Thanks guys - have downloaded the report and can’t see him on it so maybe my mind is playing tricks with me. Or perhaps my mind is fine and he just ordered more than 90 days ago!
