Information needed for your Selling on Amazon payment account

Hi,
This new Amazon amazon seller. I did pass all my verifications in the beginning but recently amazon again asked for additional documents for business and primary contact/ beneficial owner. my business documents are successfully approved but they keep asking for additional information to verify my residential address.

( if someone is not a UK resident and provided UK registered company address for verification. is it ok or must provide the home country residential proof as it was showing UK address on seller central)

 **I am attaching a recent Email got from amazon.**

Dear seller,

We need an additional document to continue with your account verification.

Please upload the document listed below in the “Settings” section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/on-board/configuration/index.html). It is important that the document is easy to read. The information on the document should also match the information entered in Seller Central. To avoid further delays, do not upload the document you previously provided.

– A scanned copy of a certified Comprehensive Personal Bank Account Enquiry print-out for the primary contact person/beneficial owner. The document must meet all the criteria listed below:

  • The document shows the issue date.
  • The document is dated within the last 180 days.
  • The document is stamped by the bank.
  • The document shows the bank name or logo.
  • The document shows the account holder’s name, residential address, and bank account number.

If you do not upload this document within 60 days, we will be unable to prevent the suspension of your selling privileges.

Once we have received the required document, we will continue with your verification.
