INR messages from buyers
Not sure if this has been covered elsewhere ( could not find anything ) but I have had maybe 10 of the following messages from buyers in the past couple of weeks:
I still have not received my order even though the estimated delivery date has passed. Can you expedite the shipment or provide additional tracking information for my order # if the item is expected to arrive soon, or otherwise process a full refund?
They are the exactly the same, except with the relevant order number inserted and when I have contacted the buyer, half of them have said their order arrived several days to a week or more ago.
It seems automated or there is some interaction from the customer and as a buyer I’ve never had an item from Amazon not arrive so was just curious about it.

If they are all the same with the exact same message then it does sound as though it is automated.
A bit like the ones telling customers that their order is late and to claim a refund.
