Notification of Restricted Products Removal
The Amazon email today advised me that my listing for a book, The Seven Pillars of Wisdom by T.E. Lawrence, an iconic, classic work, is now a restricted product on Amazon, and must be removed with immediate effect or, alternatively, I could appeal. On what basis? Common Sense? Obviously a waste of time. On checking the Amazon listings for this title, there are 11 pages of product currently for sale. So, today they ban Lawrence, tomorrow Jane Austen? Is banning worse than burning? The thought police are with us.
