You should delete that image immediately - it contains lots of personal information and is totally public to the whole Internet.

I would strongly advise you to remove your personal details from your post for security reasons.You can cover them up to show just the image without text.
Regarding the issue concerning verification on the Amazon UAE marketplace, this was already discussed in this relevant thread:
