US tax identification information Need help

Hello
All our listings have been made inactive.
We have this message on our account
US tax identification information is required before they will reactivate our account
We are a UK company (VAT registered) based in the UK, and only ever sold on amazon.co.uk, no other amazon website in any other country and all transactions are in GBP.
We are required to fill in the request for US tax information
This is the message I got back from seller support
“I understand your concern is with regard to the US tax information. Understanding the importance it has to your business. Kindly be assured that I have read and understood your concern and providing the resolution accordingly.
Please be advised that, For sales after January 1, 2022, Amazon is required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to issue a Form 1099-K to all sellers who receive $600 or more in unadjusted gross sales without regard to the number of sales transactions. As such, if you meet the $600 tax reporting threshold for 2022 sales, you will receive a Form 1099-K on or before January 31 of the following year.
For calendar tax years prior to 2022 (2021 tax year and earlier), a 1099-K is only required to be issued if a seller had:
More than $20,000 in unadjusted gross sales, and
More than 200 transactions.
Kindly note that, even if you are a non-US taxpayer, you still need to provide us with information and the responses that you give to the tax interview questions will create the appropriate tax form on your behalf.
IRS regulations require non-US taxpayers to provide Form W-8BEN to Amazon in order to be exempt from US tax reporting requirements. An IRS Form W-8BEN expires on December 31 following three years after a seller provides it to Amazon. When prompted, foreign sellers are required to retake the tax interview to submit a new form”
What do I do I’m at a loss
Thank you all for your time
