Chinese seller using my ASIN to sell product which does not match listing
I created the listing ASIN B0CTG243B8 to sell a product that I designed and make at home. The product listings were made with UPC codes that I purchased for each variation. I do have a pending trademark and patent, but they are only good for the US. I only sell my products in the US and Canada.
Recently, a one-star review from Germany showed up on my listing. The customer was angry that they received a product which did not match the description and came in unmarked packaging (branded packaging is shown in the listing). I expect that every customer who orders from this seller will feel the same way, and this will doom the feedback score on my listing.
The company is called FANFUSUZI and they are using my ASIN in Germany and probably others. The only policy violation that seems to apply is "However, we do require sellers to list only against product detail pages that exactly match their items. If you believe sellers are listing against product detail pages that do not exactly match their items....."
So I filed a report and am waiting to hear back. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how were you able to resolve the issue?
