Five identical FBA shipments received by AMAZON and one FC claims the barcodes are not readable while other four were successful
We have shipped 5 identical packages including 80 units of the same identical item with the same barcodes to 5 different Fulfillment centers.
4 of them received and processed them without any issue, the forth that is CLT2 fulfillment center flagged the whole shipment ( 80 units ) not scannable.
We opened the case to find out why 4 other FCs were able to process them without any issue quickly but CLT2 could not , we were told that CLT2 already relabeled !!!
They destroyed the evidence without providing the proof.
The question is still in pending status to reply by AMAZON to why they could not process the shipment at CLT2 while the other four FCs received the exact identical units without any issue.
Before we had the same issue in years ago and always AMAZON ignored us, now when we send the same identical shipments to five centers it could not be any excuse when four successful and one failed !!!
AMAZON, please upgrade your scanners, train your employees and find a solution and answer, we have endured enough so far.
