US Amazon Ads 'Payment Failure'
Hello everyone,
I noticed the following notification on my ads dashboard:
"There’s an issue with your payment method, and your campaigns have stopped delivering."
All invoices have been paid, my credit card is active and in good standing, and my Amazon account has sufficient funds, yet the error continues. As usual, Amazon Seller Support has been limited in their assistance. I keep receiving the same response, saying that their internal team is looking into it.
Here are the case IDs: 16331675701 & 16332876411
