Item return lable just a few hours after customer bought item

I had a customer state my item was late and got a return lable just a few hours after he bought it.

Once he received it he returned it. Low value but heavy. So Amazon has refunded him. How can I stop this happening. I cost over £6 in postage in all that I had to pay for.

You can't stop the return requests - as customer can return for any reason.

In that instance you could argue that the customer has used a false return reason code, so should open a Safe-T claim for a refund of the return label costs.
