How to track an Amazon fulfilled order?

Hi, anyone have an idea on how to see when an FBA item was delivered by Amazon?

I've looked at the order itself and countless reports but just cannot find any information, I need it to investigate an issue with a customer delivery, I had one report show tracking number(amazon logistics), the shipment date and estimated arrival date but nothing with Actual Delivered date?

Can't advise if you can actually find the delivery time and date. However, worth noting if the customer is chasing you for this - you can advise them to contact Amazon directly. FBA order enquiries should be handled by Amaozn.
