My Handling Time Keeps Reverting Back to 2

Hi All,

I’m trying to do something fairly straightforward, but it’s proving more difficult than expected. I’m attempting to set specific handling times for our SKUS via the Inventory section. I go into the product, navigate to the “Offer” tab, update the handling time from 2 to 5, then save and submit. The change is reflected on Amazon within 10 minutes, which is great, but after a short time, it automatically reverts back to 2

I’ve already disabled the automatic handling time setting within Shipping Settings, so I’m not sure what could be causing this override.

Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated — it’s becoming a bit of a head-scratcher.

Thanks,

Are you using a third party system to keep track of stock across different sales platforms? Veeqo, for example?

Using Veeqo as an example, the listing (by product or variation) has a section for Days To Ship (estimated deliver) that will override Amazon's set sku level handling time any time it sends a new stock level through to Amazon. If that section is blank on Veeqo, it will delete the handling time from the Amazon Sku, setting you back to default.
