Next Day and 2nd Day Shipping Rates disallowed by Amazon
According to Amazon our 2nd Day and Next Day rates on our shipping template are too high. We are listing FedEx as our carrier and get a generous discount on all FedEx Express shipments. We are listing shipping rates on Amazon at our cost level plus a very small handling charge. They keep referring us to their Fair Trading Policy, which is full of ambiguities and very short on specifics. They have disallowed all our Express shipping rates and, coincidentally we have lost all our Buy Boxes. This looks more like a shakedown than a fair and sensible policy. We have an active ticket open on this, but have made little progress with either the Amazon bots or the human automatons who seem to be responsible for offering level 1 support. Can someone at Amazon please look into this - our case ID is 15435736511 - and explain exactly what we are supposed to do to resolve this unhappy situation.
