I have been waiting for 1 month for my account to be verified.

I have been waiting for 1 month for my account to be verified. I called Amazon 6 times and we could not find any solution. I did not receive any e-mail or anything else for the video conference. My account has been disabled for 1 month because it is waiting to be verified.
