Our package was deliveried to XLG1 10 days ago. The status is still "Delivered", no one helps to check in. A lot of goods are out of stock, but we don't know when be able to change the status to "check in". Who has the same issue? Thank you for sharing.

Hello @Seller_TmxER74EL2zRO, unfortunately, around the holiday season there are frequently delays in receiving as the fulfillment centers receive a large volume of shipments at once. As individual units are scanned as received, they will be made available for sale; we are unable to manually expedite this process.
Thankfully, I do see that your shipment is now receiving!

Its not just that warehouse. We have two shipments, one that is 26 pallets, another that is 8 pallets, both have been sitting for TWO MONTHS.

This was made a month ago, and has been cancelled 3 times now. Now its going to be pushed after black friday, we are out of stock of everything, and now have low inventory alerts on various ASINS which means we are now being charged low inventory fees. The other one I posted about is for a different account I manage. That's a full truckload and they are furious about it.
Amazon needs to be much more transparent about what is the situation at their fulfillment centers. If I knew that I would end up losing all my expiration dated product into this nightmare, I would have kept it and sold it FBM and on other channels instead. Now I can't even do that, or even fulfill MCF orders.

10 days is not long. It can take 2-3 months sometimes.

I know I am singing to the choir but we always assume the worst case. 4 months before Christmas is when we ship and then we keep enough inventory to handle sales as FBM just in case something like this happens. OUT OF STOCK is not an allowed term in our business. At some times we have over $2M in inventory in our warehouse just in case. During Covid it made us rich as we were one of the few seller who were setup to handle the 2020/2021 issues that happened. We never ran out of stock. Just something to think about.

This product is a #1 Best Seller. we spend thousands of dollars promoting it. We follow Amazon recommendations on when and where to ship product. If I wwas a FBM seller and did this to my customer you would kick me off the platform
2900 units of a product
LTL left our warehouse on September 28th
Amazon redirected shipment from NJ to Ohio on Oct 4th
Amazon redirected it back to NJ on Oct 8th
Amazon cancelled delivery on Oct 25th
Amazon finally had delivery on November 26th
Who knows when it may actually be available for sale
