Account closure
I closed my account in Brazil and for some reason I discovered that there are accounts registered in my name in different countries and even worse, the account is deactivated and Amazon is asking me for documents that I can send because I live in Brazil, I have already sent several messages and I only receive standardized generic responses repeating the same information. Amazon I just need to close the accounts, why so much difficulty?

This is NOT Amazon you are speaking to, just a forum of other sellers. You cannot close a deactivated account - you need to reactivate it and then close. It sounds as though you enrolled in a global selling account, hence all the other countries. If you do not wish to sell in other countries you need to make sure they are placed on holiday settings (inactive). As said, you cannot close an inactive account.
