Missing GPSR " Attest to product safety " button
We have problem that for our products (it is clothing) that appeared yesterday in Account Health regarding GPSR there was a button to Attest to product safety. But for products that appeared today there is no button. These are same products, just different childs / variations. So it is strange why sometimes there is a button, and sometimes there isn't.
Do you have same problem? Amazon please tell us why is this happening? Why same products can have a button or can' have? And what to do if we think there aren't necessary safety warning / information but there isn't a button to attest it?

I got this answer from Amazon support:
The safety attestation is only available for products that don’t require warning and safety information. If we’re certain that the ASIN requires warning and safety information, the safety attestation won’t be available in the widget.

Same here:
I sell almost identical harmless items in different sizes and colors. No warnings or safety information are required for any of these variants. In 98.7% of the cases I was able to state this, my information was checked and confirmed. In the remaining 1.3% this option is missing!
Seller support is useless so far, I only get the same standard answer from them, which doesn't match the question.
