One of your seller account is terminated, so please use new credentials for registration
I tried to register for sell globally option and was asked to sign in, after signing in business details were asked to complete the registration. At that time, I didn’t have the supporting documents so i cancelled my registration process because at that time I didn’t want that marketplace.
As of today, when I tried to register for north American marketplace again, after logging in an error page is coming up " One of your seller account is terminated, so please use new credentials for registration" and cannot move anywhere.
Contacted with seller support of UK market place, they are suggesting to use new email credentials to signup seperatly for US marketplace.
Now the point is an account while registering via sell globally with incomplete registration process where business information was never feed is already terminated and if i register using new email address, will this trigger related account activity and will cause a suspension? what’s the way out? any solution?
can any one navigate me out of this situation?
